LeanTrack replaces crane system
At the plant of one leading rail vehicle manufacturer, the manual transport system LeanTrack is being used to replace conventional crane systems. This has increased the production of bogies from 220 to 320 per year. The new solution saves space and permits flexible production of different bogie models.
The RoundTrack system is easy to implement in existing production workshops and does not require complicated workshop infrastructure. Floor-level transport ensures greater safety. The transport carriages in use are available immediately at all times and do not require additional auxiliary equipment. There are no recurring costs for special training courses or safety inspections of slinging means.
